Further Congratulation on PNTR for VTNM&US

Bilateral long patience has brought fruitful potentialities in economy from now on. The successful diplomatic policies in friendly negotiations, previous reciprocal visits of willing country leaders, efforts of advance view teams, stable spans of bridge between consulates and embassies, plus deserved aspirations from businessmen, commercial community, the truly healing of Veterans, civilians at large of the two countries and APEC friends, all finally helped U.S. Congress passing the Permanent Normalization Trade Relation. (Dec 9, 2006)
In the near future, you will see many kind of goods in better quality, more favorite products from both sides that are diversified and plentiful. Fairplay tariff for im-exporters would be applied appropriately. Hopefully, new businessmen and investors also needs to learn, to understand and to listen to experienced businessmen, economists who have been doing business with the U.S. partners in order to get common profits without sadness in biz. Vietnam should also continue attracting investment, continue to simplify admin procedures for them, invest more qualified workforces by well-trained methods, widen infra-structures, facilitate spacious environment for them...so they will feel secure about steadfast investment. And hopefully also, generous eco-investors might find the poor rural areas of Vietnam to aid creating more jobs in contribution of economic development at the right necessary places. Thank you.

Vietnam Welcomed Again Former U.S. President Bill Clinton - Dec 5

Such a warmly welcome from the Capital Hanoi's people was great. All found he's a great man who has been continuing to devote his life in spite of retirement in supporting and helping enthusiastically and quietly for people and countries in their poverty and diseases around the world. He's glad and greet everyone there, then he looked sad and emotional to hear about unhappiness and hardships of HIV/AIDS patients. W.H.O should also find and attract more talented medical scientists who would early invent any quick and effective treatment medicines for humankind.

Typhoon 'Durian' scared people there.

Like its thorns, this Durian had harmed a lot of victims in Philippines before it rolled over to a small coastal town where I was born in Phanrang of NinhThuan province and vicinities. Luckily it licked slightly there yesterday evening and moved complicatedly to the Southern West. What a pity for Phuqui Island of BinhThuan province in their damages. Ealier in that afternoon, having searched more an e-map of typhoon warning on U.S.Navy websites, I also believed it could happen. I told some of my colleagues that I crossed my fingers for lucks to them if leaders there in the region would know how to do somethings for villagers, for regional people before it came. And finally they did things at least enthusiasticaly ok that I saw them on the live VTV1 national channel in the evening - (abt. 19:10 local time Dec 4, 2006). In NinhThuan province, they co-ordinated local tele-communication networks to communicate with fishermen' ships/boats for their safe anchorages. Military forces were sent to help villagers to evacuate temporarily away the dangerous areas. Foods and medicines were also prepared readily. It'd rather be so than nothing!
Fortunately next day, storm faded-out before my luncheon here in HoChiMinh city. Thanks to the modern typhoon warning and tracking systems from places, man could do somethings to avoid/limit damages in lives and properties. However, subjectivism in the solved situation is the don't.
