Bilateral long patience has brought fruitful potentialities in economy from now on. The successful diplomatic policies in friendly negotiations, previous reciprocal visits of willing country leaders, efforts of advance view teams, stable spans of bridge between consulates and embassies, plus deserved aspirations from businessmen, commercial community, the truly healing of Veterans, civilians at large of the two countries and APEC friends, all finally helped U.S. Congress passing the Permanent Normalization Trade Relation. Fairplay tariff for im-exporters would be applied appropriately. Hopefully, new businessmen and investors also needs to learn, to understand and to listen to experienced businessmen, economists who have been doing business with the U.S. partners in order to get common profits without sadness in biz. Vietnam should also continue attracting investment, continue to simplify admin procedures for them, invest more qualified workforces by well-trained methods, widen infra-structures, facilitate spacious environment for them...so they will feel secure about steadfast investment. And hopefully also, generous eco-investors might find the poor rural areas of Vietnam to aid creating more jobs in contribution of economic development at the right necessary places. Thank you.
