Traffic Jam in Hochiminh City

What a pity for this friendly city where I've been living, studying and working for several years! a better place more than be in hometown, but sorry for not very good place to live in a natural environment of life's quality. One thing we can recognize and value that free immigration of people from places to the city would have helped make it more prosperous in economy, to build a multi-culture city and famous in Vietnam. We all know we hate frequent traffic jam (congestion), let's think of community health, waste time and fuels, slow down the commerces, the trading and affecting economic growth in general.
It's not been changed and improved reasonably though we heard and learnt a lot about this topic via daily activities, newspapers, TV, and leaders' s public forum... We'll be glad that city's admin recently listened to public opinions, surveyed and brought it on national agenda. However, we can base on natural rule of life to solve a social problem, the natural rules are population in growth, people's traffic demands, non-stop commerces. Let's think first about the way whether we had designed master plan for city in civil infra-structures for a long period of 10 ten years, 20 or 50? Unfortunately till present, everything seems to be overloaded, so what should we do now, and how? We can't sit in there and nothing to do from time to time. While we'll wait for new roads, larger street, metro bridges and new design in the future, think if we can rearrange locations of current traffic routes from east to west and from south to north of city for big vehicles, trucks, passenger cars... check if we have enough proper destination stations surrouding city. Let's find and create for more better roads for big vehicles, trucks, buses to enter their habours, their stations that they don't have to go by small streets inner city. Because goods and commodities on transportations are demands in commerce, we should set free time of schedule for them in the future to keep it rolling.
Schools, hospitals, markets... are always necessary, but sorry, many of them were often issued license of their business at the wrong places on small size streets in this city, traffic congestion sometimes happened at rush hours. Water sewage system didn't work well, may cause innundation under the rainy seasons and result in traffic jam too. We need more traffic security officers/workers on their duty in the "street list" at rush hours would be helpful. We'll need serious cooperation from people who live here and all traffic's users in this friendly city. This means we respect each other in every ways we think it's really bad or something good for. TV Program, public news networks should also continue helping to post their cooperative informations about this to all civilians. The city administration needs to create some more really vicinity sub-cities to attract more people who wish living there, they might also find a cheap standard of living, green environment, schools, hospitals, market... not bad civil bridge and roads...Let's rescue this friendly city away from its overloading.
